How Do You Attract Qualified Buyers?

When you list your home, it must attract the attention of qualified buyers eager to get into a property like yours. Otherwise, your house may take longer to sell and you may not get the price you expected. There is a direct correlation between the time a property spends on the market and the difference between the asking and the selling price – the longer a home stays on the market, the lower buyers are willing to pay. As a seller, you want to capture the moment of buyer’s excitement when the see your home as a fresh listing in order to sell quickly and at the highest possible price.

Buyer’s qualification is a tricky aspect. While many onlookers may be willing to visit and view your home, only a handful of them may be qualified as serious buyers. It is not easy sometimes to distinguish between one from another. And that is where my help come into play.

In fact, the moment your house is listed I get in touch with everyone I know who is looking for a property like yours, and encourage them to schedule a viewing. I also tap into my network of other real estate agents so their clients know about your property as well.
